Sarasota Jewish Theatre has announced its 2022-23 season lineup. Local Sarasota favorite actors and directors will be joined by national actors to present these plays reflecting Jewish heritage and culture. The plays are:

BIRDLAND THEATER will present singers Stacy Sullivan and Todd Murray in the new show “I’m Glad There Is You – The Musical Romance of Frank Sinatra and Peggy Lee” on Monday, October 31 at 8:30 PM.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present vocalist and pianist Steve Ross in a special new show “Autumn Serenades” on Monday, October 24 at 7:00 PM. Ross will sing a few mellow seasonal ballads, including “September in the Rain,” “Autumn Leaves,” “September Song,” and “When October Goes.”

Emmy Winner Margo Martindale, Emmy Nominee Molly Parker, Rachel Bilson and Jack Davenport, J. Harrison Ghee and Ian Anthony Dale have joined the cast of Accused, which also features Malcolm Jamal Warner, Karen LeBlanc, Wendell Pierce, Baron Vaughn, Sean Kleier, Rhea Pearlman, Aaron Ashmore and Tony Award nominee Daphne Rubin-Vega.

LA-based post-punk four-piece Agender share the first track, a remix by Le Tigre's JD Samson. The first remix comes a month after the release of their sophomore LP, No Nostalgia, out everywhere now. This month, FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club & Private Event Destination, will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.
