The 2018 Holiday Season is in full swing and Tulalip Resort Casino is hoping to be first on everyone's list as their "Home Away from Home" during the most wonderful time of the year. During the holidays, guests can indulge in irresistible food and beverage specials throughout the Resort.

There's no need to mess up the kitchen! Come celebrate Christmas Dinner and New Year's Eve at one of Tulalip's highly acclaimed restaurants. Select from an array of chef-inspired dishes, tempting desserts and perfectly paired wines.

Make merry memories at Tulalip Resort Casino's Christmas Day (December 25) Celebrations:

Blackfish Wild Salmon Grill & Bar
Chef David Buchanan is preparing a Christmas Trilogy special, featuring a 1/3 Sous Vide Rack of Lamb with cherry demi-glace; Maple Glazed Pork Belly; and Seared Jumbo Scallops served over a sweet pea puree. It will be served with fingerling potatoes and a medley of brussels sprouts, butternut squash, candied pecans and dried cranberries for $49 per person.

For some Christmas Day sweetness, try Pastry Chef Nikol Nakamura's Dessert Tipsy Trifle made with layers of sponge cake, fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, brandy syrup and whipped cream for $9.

Tula Bene Pastaria + Chophouse
For Christmas Day, Chef Jeremy Taisey is preparing a traditional Beef Wellington dinner special. Featuring an individual sous vide 8-ounce filet, wrapped with mushroom duxelles, a 36-month aged San Danielle Prosciutto, duck rillettes, French crepe and puffed pastry. Served with a veal demi-glace, charred broccolini and hand cut noodles tossed with butter, pecorino and oregano for $47.

A special Christmas Day menu will be offered at Eagles Buffet to ring in the holiday.

Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, Chicken Fried Steak with Country Gravy, Rum French Toast Casserole with Bananas, Italian Sausage Scramble, Honey and Spice Pork Belly, Raspberry and Cheese Blintzes, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Honey Smoked Ham and an Omelet Station.

All Day
Poutine Bar (turkey gravy, prime rib, Champagne gravy, cheese curds and more), Baked Lemon-Dill Wild Salmon, Hand Carved Rosemary Garlic Prime Rib, Fried Chicken, Buttered Corn, Fish and Chips, Honey and Spice Pork Belly, Oven Roasted Turkey, Thai Curry Cod, Mashed Potatoes, Onion Rings, DIY Mongolian Grill, Asian inspired Cuisine; Large Fresh Salad Bar and House-made Dessert Specialties.

Journeys East?Looking for an international menu dining option for Christmas Day? Diners can visit Journeys East and order Chef John Jadamec's Calamari Stir Fry with ginger, jalapeño, onions, sesame oil, shrimp paste and Chinese cooking wine garnished with fresh cilantro for $16.

Cedars Café?Chef Brent Clarkson will prepare his Cod Neptune special made with fresh flaky cod topped with a mixture of sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and fried shallots. The dish will be paired with jasmine rice and succotash with a mushroom medley. Served with a choice of Fresh Garden Salad or House-made Soup for $17.95.

To end the evening on a sweet note, guests can order a tempting Rum Cake dessert with whipped cream and raspberries for $6.95.

Chef David Buchanan is ringing in the New Year with an 8-ounce Filet Mignon coated with a roasted garlic-pecan crust and topped with Twin Sisters Bleu Cheese alongside his Tillamook cheese potato hash laced with apples and wild boar bacon wrapped asparagus for $46.

Finish the evening with Pastry Chef Nikol Nakamura's Champagne-Soaked Sponge Cake with layers of strawberry and champagne buttercreams for $9.
