Last night, Off-Broadway saw the closing night of the new musical Harmony at the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene. Joining the cast on stage at the curtain call and teasing a potential transfer were the creators, Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman, along with the director/choreographer Warren Carlyle.

The curtain was raised last night at National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene for the opening night of the anticipated musical Harmony written by Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman. 

Tonight's the night! Broadway stars align at John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts this weekend as they come together for two performances only (February 11 and 12) of 50 Years of Broadway at the Kennedy Center.

Beloved stage stars Sierra Boggess and Julian Ovenden were together (up close) last week to celebrate the release of their new album, Together At A Distance, featuring classic and contemporary Broadway duets.

One of those lives was beloved Broadway veteran Nick Cordero.  Today, Broadway Records has announced the release of Nick’s last public performance, a song with the timely message that love conquers all despite the existence of hate.

A moving new video has been released to honor the memory of those the Broadway community has lost from June 2019 through December 2020. It was Produced and Conceived by Mike Karns and Steven Tartick, Directed by Raúl Esparza and Music Directed by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. The  Music was Produced by Benedict Braxton-Smit, with Vocals by Sierra Boggess and Raul Esparza.

Today we rewind to 2015, when School of Rock was getting ready for Broadway. School of Rock opened December 6 at the Winter Garden Theatre, where it played for 1309 performances.
