Photos: 2026 Princeton Festival Opens With Sierra Boggess, Sondra Radvanovsky & Ballet
American Repertory Ballet, TOSCA, and TURANDOT arias highlight performances at Morven Museum & Garden.
Check out photos from opening weekend of The Princeton Festival which welcomed hundreds of patrons on Friday, June 5 for a cabaret performance featuring Sierra Boggess, who sang a range of Broadway tunes to the delight of her gathered fans.
Saturday, June 6’s intense weather brought added drama to Sondra Radvanovsky’s passionate singing of arias such as “Mario! Mario!” from Tosca and “In questa regia” from Turandot, as well as powerful duets with tenor Victor Starsky.
The graceful pairing of American Repertory Ballet and the Princeton Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, June 7 capped a day of free community events which included a 30-minute Swan Lake experience, yoga, an instrument petting zoo, quilt exhibit, and musical story time for children of all ages.
2026 marks the fifth straight year of the Princeton Festival being held on the grounds of Morven Museum & Garden. The Princeton Symphony Orchestra took over the Princeton Festival in the summer of 2021.
There is still plenty of performing arts to take in at the 2026 Princeton Festival, including this year’s centerpiece, Giacomo Puccini’s opera of love and betrayal, Madama Butterfly, plus Queen Nation and a Celebration of America at 250. Tickets and information are available via the Festival’s website at princetonsymphony.org/festival.
