BroadwayWorld has a first look at the set of Alliance Theatre's world premiere musical, Trading Places. Inspired by the iconic and beloved 1983 Paramount Pictures film, Trading Places is a hilarious and contemporary musical reimagining of the prince and pauper fable.

As BroadwayWorld previously announced, Frozen will not be re-opening when Broadway returns from its shutdown. In honor of the show, the ushers at the St. James Theatre created a video, set to Let It Go.

Later this month, Disney will celebrate the second birthday of one of its latest hits, Frozen, which just welcomed three new stars: McKenzie Kurtz, Ciara Renée and Ryan McCartan, who star as Anna, Elsa, and Hans respectively. On Friday's episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan, Frozen on Broadway's new Anna and Elsa,  McKenzie Kurtz and Ciara Renée, performed the television debut of 'I Can't Lose You.' 

Sunday shoes are being kicked off right and left in Footloose at The Muny right now, as Christian Borle, the two-time Tony Award winner who has been in 11 Broadway shows, makes his musical theatre directing debut. In this four-time Tony Award-nominated adaptation of the 1984 movie by the same title, you'll find actors of all shapes and colors (insert heart-eye emojis for days!) who fill the stage again and again with dynamic dancing to songs...
