The all-new production of the Tony Award-winning hit musical The Wiz will open on Broadway on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in a limited engagement at the Marquis Theatre.  Preview performances will begin on March 29. Check out an all new first look photo, as well as a video of the cast performing with the orchestra for the first time!

Broadway is on its way back, and everything's as if we never said goodbye. Earlier this week, stars showed up at the Majestic Theatre for the first red carpet since the Broadway shutdown over 16 months ago. The occasion was the celebrate the premiere of theater director Sammi Cannold, Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Dori Berinstein, WYSIWYG Studios, CEO Kwan-Woo Park and Elizabeth Armstrong's new documentary film, The Show Must Go On. The special event featured performances by Josh Groban, Sierra Boggess, Adrienne Warren, Ariana DeBose, Shereen Pimentel, Ali Ewoldt.

The new documentary film, The Show Must Go On, premiered last night in front of a live audience at Broadway’s Majestic Theatre, home of The Phantom of the Opera, the longest running show in Broadway history, to benefit and celebrate the work of The Actors Fund. The special event featured performances by Josh Groban, Sierra Boggess, Adrienne Warren, Ariana DeBose, Shereen Pimentel, Ali Ewoldt, and more and you can catch highlights below!

Paper Mill Playhouse, recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, will host an online contest to promote their production of HALF TIME, the new musical about not acting your age. 'Generations,' The Half Time Dance Contest is a social contest where participants will film a video of multiple generations of their family dancing to whatever music moves them. Can your grandma twerk? Can your dad pop and lock? Can you teach a parent how to dance? We want to see it!
