Historic Hudson Valley will welcome visitors back to Washington Irvinga??s Sunnyside for a special outdoor-only experience beginning on August 7, 2020.

New York Theatre Barn will host a free live stream of its New Works Series on Wednesday, June 24th, 2020 at 7PM EDT, featuring excerpts from the new musicals The Dogs of Pripyat and Tarrytown. The 40-minute presentation will also feature the creators of the new musicals.

The Broadway Podcast network will celebrate Pride month with a special section of the website highlighting a variety of programming to mark the occasion.

Historic Hudson Valley and Brian Clowdus bring The Sleepy Hollow Experience, a new signature Halloween event, to Sleepy Hollow Country's top-rated fall festivities this year. Brooklyn Tavern Theater, led by composer/lyricist/writer Dan Furman, is presenting 'Impossible but True,' a 'tavern musical' inspired by Washington Irving's Rip Van Winkle story, through October 29 at Franklin 820 in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and in Manhattan at Uncle Charlie's, 139 East 45th Street. Vineyard Theatre and Developing Artists will partner again to present Developing Artists' Rebel Verses, a two-week festival of performances by some of the best youth companies in New York City and beyond. Performances are August 8-17 at Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street).  

The NOLA Project, an ensemble-based theatre company focused on presenting new and classic works of theatre often with large casts in unique and immersive settings throughout the city of New Orleans, announces its 15th Anniversary Season: This Way to Adventure. For its 15th Season, the company will present four exciting and provocative plays, three of which are world premieres.

Pay tribute to fearless women past and present during Vote Like a Girl at Washington Irving's Sunnyside on Saturday, June 1, from 10am-4pm.  Art activities, games, music, and a parade will highlight the day's celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment, passed by Congress on June 4, 1919. 

Second Street Players Children's Theater proudly present The Legend of Sleepy Hollow adapted by Vera Morris based on the tale by Washington Irving. Performance dates are March 15, 16, and 17 . Curtain is at 7pm for the Friday and Saturday shows and 2pm for the Sunday show. Due to renovations at the Riverfront Theater all performances will be held at Milford High School 1019 N Walnut Street, Milford , Delaware. Tickets are $5 for children 17 and under and $10 for adults. Friday nights performance is a special family pay what you can night. All tickets can be purchased at the door.
