The Atlanta Opera has announced that five creative teams have been selected to participate in the second annual 96-Hour Opera Project, a composition competition and showcase that pairs composers and librettists to write ten-minute operas. Bringing their completed works to Atlanta, the teams will workshop and rehearse their productions over four days from June 9–12, with travel, housing, singers, pianists and rehearsal space provided.

Pitchfork, the most trusted voice in music, and Them, the leader in LGBTQ+ culture, today announced Night Out, a special Pride concert taking place on Saturday, June 17, from 6pm - 1am at Knockdown Center in Queens, New York.

The deluxe album includes features and remixes from fellow trailblazing artists Björk, Eartheater, Erika de Casier, Tinashe, Sevdaliza, Deto Black, Fatima Al Qadiri and Arca. Shygirl shares a new rendition of her track 'Woe,' featuring visionary artist Björk. The video accompanying the song is directed by Sam Ibram with creative direction by Shygirl and sees Shygirl move through a series of montages gradually becoming more intense and hallucinatory, both visually and sonically as it progresses.

The extended edition of You Still Here, Ho ? builds on the 17 tracks originally released last July, adding Flo’s early 2023 releases “Nasty Dancer” and the “Conceited” remix featuring Lola Brooke and Maiya the Don, as a well as a brand-new remix of fan-favorite “Bed Time” featuring Monaleo and Gloss Up.
