New walking tour experiences of the historic New Victory Theater will be offered through Broadway Up Close.

Morgan Kirner (MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG, HELLO DOLLY) is set to perform a one-night-only event at Chelsea Table + Stage.

Audiences were invited to celebrate the Halloween Season at Broadway’s most magical and thrilling show, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Every Tuesday in October, audiences were treated to special spooky fun and giveaways at the Lyric Theatre. Watch footage from the events here!

Transport Group has announced casting for its one-night-only performance of the Frank Capra holiday classic, It's a Wonderful Life, directed by Artistic Director Jack Cummings III, which takes place Monday, December 12, at 8pm, at The Sheen Center for Thought and Culture, 18 Bleecker Street.

Discovering Sylvia, written by playwright Cyndi Feinman and directed by Dennis Creighton, is a play about Sylvia (Carolyn Berliner) and Graig (Ben Mantell) navigating the trials and tribulations of the first year of parenthood. The play is being performed at Teatro Latea at 107 Suffolk Street 11/7 at 9pm, 11/9 at 9pm and 11/12 at 6:45pm.

Little Shop of Horrors will perform at Meadow Brook Theatre on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester through October 30, 2022. Fair warning, though, Little Shop of Horrors isn't your grandmother's musical, and it is definitely not your average fairy tale. This show had some tremendous talent, surprising twists and turns, and a love story to die for.

While working as an assistant in a floral shop, shy Seymour stumbles across a new breed of plant. He names it “Audrey II,” after the coworker he has a crush on. But Audrey II isn’t as “proper” as Audrey. In a deep, R&B voice, it promises unending fame and fortune to Seymour as long as he supplies it with BLOOD! But just what does Audrey II have in mind for Seymour... and the world?

This past month, I had the opportunity to speak with Tim Dolan, the owner of Broadway Up Close, a company of storytellers who share stories to help visitors get a closer look at the world of Broadway. There are three different components that make up Broadway Up Close - Tours, gifts, and workshops. The tours are given both in-person and virtually, going over a range of different topics related to Broadway.

Since 2010, Broadway Up Close Walking Tours has been creating in-person experiences on the sidewalks of Times Square, bringing guests closer to the fun facts, history, magic, and ghost stories of the 41 Broadway theaters. On March 12, 2020, that all changed.

The Broadwaysted Crew had a blast seeing so many friends and fans this past weekend at BroadwayCon 2020, so we're bringing you back to the 'Room Where it Happens' every January for many of Broadway's biggest fans around the country and around the globe!

Broadwaysted, the happiest happy hour on Broadway proudly featured on the Broadway Podcast Network, is thrilled to be presenting their newest Holiday Radio Musical, Broadwaysted, Actually. The original, three-part holiday musical event is airing on Broadwaysted throughout December as a drive to support the non-profit Broadway Bound Kids, a transformative and inclusive community that inspires and empowers young lives through the performing arts.
