Neil Diamond’s voice may no longer fill the world’s largest arenas, but his music’s enduring warmth and lyrical intimacy found a new home onstage in A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical. This biographical jukebox musical is more than simply a greatest-hits concert; it paints a vibrant and reflective picture of an artist whose music is the heartbeat of many American lives. Framed through the lens of a fictionalized therapy session, the show weaves Diamond’s introspective journey with a set list of beloved classics, from the infectious and iconic “Sweet Caroline” to the aching vulnerability of “I Am… I Said.”
A Beautiful Noise is a Jukebox musical centered around Neil Diamond’s life, times, and music. It celebrated its Opening Night on Broadway at the Broadhurst Theatre on December 4, 2022. Garnering much acclaim, the musical grossed more than $1 million at the Box Office leading up to its official opening night performance.
Broadway says goodbye to two limited-run productions. Mother Play takes its final bow at the Hayes Theatre following 26 previews and 58 regular performances; and Uncle Vanya will conclude its run at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre following 22 previews and 62 regular performances.

The national tour of the Lincoln Center Theater Production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's The King and I will make its Columbus premiere at the Ohio Theatre April 24-29 with an Ohio native in the lead female role of Anna Leonowens. Hailing from Chagrin Falls, Elena Shaddow takes on the character of the British schoolteacher hired by the King of Siam to educate his wives and children.
