Personality: The Lloyd Price Musical is coming to Chicago! The new musical celebrating the life, career, and unforgettable songs of trailblazing Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legend Lloyd Price will play the beautifully renovated Studebaker Theatre at the historic Fine Arts Building Performances will begin on May 31, 2023. 

Producers Richard Bell, N’Kenge, Park Row Equity Partners, Tegan Summer, Sam Williams, Michael Loeb and Derow Enterprises, in association with Coalition for African Americans in the Performing Arts and LBlakes Partners, recently presented “The Songs of Dorothy Dandridge! From his obscure beginnings to overnight teen sensation, from unsung trailblazer to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the story of Lloyd Price has never been told onstage — until now.
