In a new interview, actress Anya Taylor-Joy expressed an interest in tackling musical theatre- specifically Frozen. 'I would love to do a musical because I’m a bit addicted to hard work,' the Furiosa star said.

At the D:23 fan event in Anaheim, California - Disney on Broadway celebrated its 30th anniversary with a thrilling medley of performances and exclusive announcements from its hit stage musicals. Announcements include a stage adaptation of The Greatest Showman, and more.

SCHWARTZ SONGS, an album of new recordings of Stephen Schwartz's much-loved songs, will be released this month. The opening track, 'DEFYING GRAVITY,' is performed by four of the West End's leading ladies who have all played ‘Elphaba' in Wicked in the West End and will be released as a single on 21 June.

The Daily Star printed that Samantha Barks, who is currently playing Elsa in the West End production of Frozen, will perform 'Let It Go' on Britain's Got Talent during the semi-finals next week.

On Thursday, May 16, the ABC morning show will celebrate the milestone of Disney's long history of shows on Broadway, beginning in 1994 with Beauty and the Beast. Since that time, several Disney shows have played the Great White Way including The Lion King, Mary Poppins, and now Aladdin. The program will air 7:00-9:00 a.m. EDT on ABC.
