Joe Iconis and his merry band of musical theater punks reignited their legendary holiday tradition and brought their insane celebration of all things red and green back to 54 Below after three bah humbug years of pandemic pause and BroadwayWorld was on hand to capture the festivities. After four years at Broadway World Cabaret, quite a collection of photos has been amassed. These are the gasp-worthy pics.

Concord Theatricals Recordings has released the studio cast recording of 17 Again, a musical based on the popular 2009 film. The album is now available on streaming and digital platforms worldwide. In honor of the release, a new music video for 'Time For Starting Over' performed by Eden Espinosa, has also been released.

An invitation-only industry presentation of DAYS OF RAGE, A Musical Explosion, a new musical from Hyeyoung Kim and Shoshana Greenberg, will be held on Monday, December 4th, 2023 in New York.

Amas Musical Theatre and the Amas Musical Theatre Lab, will present developmental lab readings of Onward & Upward, a new musical based on the play “Up (The Man in the Flying Chair)”, with music by Charlie Romano, lyrics by Will Wegner, book by Will Wegner and Charlie Romano at Ripley-Grier Studios.

What did our critic think of A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC at DCPA? The biggest theatre name in town continues to produce granduer productions - even those that have 'small' in the title. Directed by Chris Coleman, DCPA's A Little Night Music fills the space like only they can: with top notch performers and clever, intricate staging. Coleman's direction accompanied by Kevin Copenhaver's costuming and Robert Mark Morgan's scenic design all work cohesively and give the actors quite the stage to stand on.
