The Town Hall and T Bone Burnett will present A Tribute to Bob Dylan in partnership with the Bob Dylan Center on September 30, 2022 at 8pm. Curated T Bone Burnett, the show will feature performances by a diverse array of artists, each performing songs written by Dylan spanning the Nobel laureate’s illustrious career.

New cast includes Kai Caster will play 'Rowdy', a young cowboy, Lainey Wilson will play a musician named 'Abby,' Lilli Kay will play 'Clara Brewer', the new assistant for one of the Duttons, Dawn Olivieri will play 'Sarah Atwood', a confident, corporate shark and a new arrival to Montana.

The collection's title is not only a reference to the wealth of self-confidence that lives in each of us but also a nod to where the set of five songs was recorded (and Flory's adopted hometown): “It's a title that encompasses the thematic stories found on the EP, but Fort Worth, Texas, was also  once known as 'The Young Giant of the Prairie.'”

The beloved ensemble cast will return led by Oscar®-winner Kevin Costner, alongside Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards, Ian Bohen, Finn Little, Ryan Bingham and Gil Birmingham with Jen Landon and Kathryn Kelly upped to series regulars.

AMC announced today that it has greenlit National Anthem, an 8-episode anthology series created by writer/director Scott Z. Burns (The Report, Contagion) and executive produced by Oscar® and Emmy® Award-winner Mark Johnson (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Rectify, Rain Man, The Natural, Bugsy).  The musical dramedy is the first series greenlit under Johnson's multi-year overall deal with AMC Studios, through which he will continue to develop new series for the company's Entertainment Group as well as projects for potential sale to other content companies. National Anthem is the tragically funny story of a middle class midwestern family tumbling down the ladder of American society; periodically bursting into song as they struggle to catch themselves.  Award-winning musician T Bone Burnett (Crazy Heart, The Hunger Games) is attached as the series' music producer with words and music by Craig Finn (The Hold Steady).

Currently on a West Coast tour, acclaimed Nashville-based singer/songwriter Michaela Anne today announces that she will hit the road with singer, songwriter and musician JD McPherson. Beginning April 23, Anne will bring her “captivating vocals” (Billboard) and “splendid album” (American Songwriter), Desert Dove, to life with performances in Louisville, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Toronto and New York City. The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts is offering a wide variety of entertainment as it opens its 36th arts season a?" including a bevy of shows at the historic Brown Theatre and the newly opened standing room venue, Old Forester's Paristown Hall.

Among nominations for ACM Guitarist of the Year and Americana Musician of the Year; touring with Emmylou Harris, Rodney Crowell, and Vince Gill; and playing on countless A-list Nashville recording sessions, Jedd Hughes has never lost focus on what he'd intended to do since he was an 8 year-old aspiring musician in Quorn, Australia; write and play his own music. WEST, Jedd Hughes's highly anticipated return to the spotlight, will be released on August 30. Self produced and mixed by Hughes, WEST runs the gamut of emotions through its dynamic ten song tracklist, drawing on a number of close friends' heavyweight musical talent as well as a stunning string quartet for more than half of the album. Hughes's songs are largely self-written and intimate, but a few co-writers are sprinkled throughout WEST, including the aforementioned Crowell, as well as Parker Milsap, Sarah Buxton, and the late, great Guy Clark.

Old Forester's Paristown Hall, Louisville's newest state-of-the-art standing room venue, has announced a roster of performances for its opening in late July. These acts include iconic New York rock band Interpol, Memphis country-punk rockers Lucero and singer-songwriter sensation Gavin DeGraw.  The Opening Night event on July 23 will be headlined by Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, along with a slate of performers including the dance troupe Pilobolus, Mucca Pazza and local favorite Ben Sollee.
