THE TWILIGHT ZONE to Premiere on April 1

CBS All Access subscribers can enter the fifth dimension beginning Monday, April 1 with the premiere of the service's latest original series, THE TWILIGHT ZONE. The series will debut with two episodes. Following the series premiere, new episodes of the anthology series will be available on demand weekly on Thursdays beginning April 11, exclusively for CBS All Access subscribers. The announcement was made by Julie McNamara, Executive Vice President of Original Content for CBS All Access, at CBS' biannual Television Critics Association presentation.

Next stop for Taissa Farmiga, Rhea Seehorn, Luke Kirby and Ike Barinholtz is the CBS All Access original series THE TWILIGHT ZONE. They will star in an upcoming episode that will also feature Percy Hynes-White. Previously announced cast for the series includes host and narrator Jordan Peele, as well as John Cho, Greg Kinnear, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, Adam Scott, Alison Tolman, Jacob Tremblay, Jessica Williams, DeWanda Wise and Steven Yeun.

Last night, the Critics' Choice Awards were announced. Taking home the top prize of Best Picture was Roma. Also, in a surprising turn of events, both Lady Gaga and Glenn Close took home the award for Best Actress, for A Star is Born and The Wife, respectively.
Freestyle Digital Media To Release I HATE KIDS This January

Freestyle Digital Media, the digital film distribution division of Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios, has acquired the North American rights to John Asher's I HATE KIDS. This is the second title from John Asher that Freestyle Digital Media has acquired, following 2016's A BOY CALLED PO. Starring Tom Everett Scott (TruTV's “I'm Sorry”), Tituss Burgess (Netflix's “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”), Rachel Boston (500 DAYS OF SUMMER) and Rhea Seehorn (AMC's “Better Call Saul”) film will hit select theaters nationwide January 18, 2019 along with all digital platforms.

AMC Sets August 6 Premiere for Original Series BETTER CALL SAUL and LODGE 49

AMC announced today an August 6 premiere date for its original series “Better Call Saul” and “Lodge 49.” Season four of the critically acclaimed and Emmy®-nominated “Better Call Saul,” produced by Sony Pictures Television, will air Monday, August 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT immediately followed by the series premiere of “Lodge 49” at 10:00 PM ET/PT. Both series will have a presence at the ATX Television Festival, taking place June 7-10 in Austin, Texas, including a panel with “Better Call Saul” executive producer Vince Gilligan and star Bob Odenkirk, and a sneak peek screening of the “Lodge 49” premiere followed by a panel with stars Wyatt Russell and Brent Jennings and executive producers Peter Ocko and Dan Carey.

Plus, an original episode of “Deception” kicks off a two-night event (part two airs SUNDAY, APRIL 29) where, for the first time this season, “Deception” will show viewers how Cameron Black executes one of the grandest illusions in history, immediately following the “Roseanne” marathon on TUESDAY, APRIL 24 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT).
