Jacqueline Novak: Get On Your Knees, written by and starring Jacqueline Novak, has extended its limited run to October 6th, due to overwhelming ticket sales and rave reviews. This will be the final extension and the show must close on that date. The show, 'a standup comedy set that inclines towards theater (New York Times),' plays the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, between Hudson and Bleecker Streets), having transferred from the Cherry Lane Theatre, where the whole run sold out. Jacqueline Novak: Get on Your Knees is presented by Natasha Lyonne, and executive produced by Mike Birbiglia. Mike Lavoie, Carlee Briglia and Abingdon Theatre Company are producers.

Jacqueline Novak: Get On Your Knees, written by and starring Jacqueline Novak, has extended its limited run, due to the current run selling out and rave reviews. The show, 'a standup comedy set that inclines towards theater (New York Times),' plays the Cherry Lane Theatre, (38 Commerce Street) through August 18 and then will move to the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, between Hudson and Bleecker Streets) beginning on August 28 for a run through September 21. In 1995, a group of writers, directors and actors gathered on Manhattan's Lower East Side for what was supposed to be a one-time only event: write, direct, produce and perform new plays within the span of 24 hours. Twenty-four years later, The 24 Hour Plays and The 24 Hour Musicals are regularly performed around the world, touching everyone from celebrities to student artists and raising millions of dollars for charities. Today, The 24 Hour Plays announced that they'll mark their anniversary with an intimate production of The 24 Hour Musicals on Monday, June 17th at 8 PM on the Irene Diamond Stage at the Pershing Square Signature Center.

Award-winning artists' collective Rogue Artists Ensemble is thrilled to announce the Inaugural Rogue Lab Readings Series, a four-day event that includes readings of seven new works written, directed, and designed by emerging LA artists, as well as post-show discussions and receptions. Today, The 24 Hour Plays, in partnership with The New School for Drama, announced that the annual application for The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals will be available starting March 11, 2019 and will run through April 1, 2019. The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals will take place in August in New York City.
