What some might not know was that it originated as a Neil Simon play on Broadway in 1965. Instead of the poker party that begins the original version, Ms. Madison has invited the girls over for a game of Trivial Pursuit (and Mr. Simon gets more mileage out of those real 1980's Trivial Pursuit questions than we ever thought possible!) The upstairs Pidgeon sisters neighbors are replaced by the hilarious Constanzuela brothers, two 'classy Spanish gentlemen in double-breasted suits.' The Odd Couple - Female Version is a perfect opportunity to warm up the midwinter with laughter and friendship.
