Comedian, talk show host, actor and Emmy-Award winner Ellen DeGeneres is back with a brand new comedy special launching on Netflix later this year. This marks Ellen’s second stand-up with Netflix, after 2018’s Relatable.

Netflix has announced the release date for Season 3 of Heartstopper, along with a short clip from the upcoming season. Season 3 will arive on Netflix on October 3, 2024. The video is accompanied by an exclusive snippet of the track Birds of a Feather from the upcoming album Hit Me Hard and Soft by Billie Eilish. Joe Locke, who recently made his Broadway debut as Tobias in Sweeney Todd, stars in the series as Charlie Spring.

A new solo comedy show, Body Count, has been announced as part of the 2024 Hollywood Fringe Festival. Written and performed by Joy Regullano and directed by Fran de Leon, there will be three performances only this June.

Woody Fu makes his Hollywood Fringe debut in this comedy about everybody's favorite person named Keanu. This scripted solo show takes us on the set of John Wick Chapter 5: E Pluribus Unum. Keanu needs the audience's help to recreate all the hallmarks of this billion dollar franchise: elaborate fight choreography, death-defying stunts, and a shootout in a dance club where no one notices anything is happening.

Comedian Mike Birbiglia will bring his solo show, “Please Stop the Ride,” to Westport Country Playhouse for three performances, on Tuesday, June 4, at 8 p.m.; Wednesday, June 5, at 8 p.m.; and Friday, June 7, at 7 p.m.
