Award-Winning Producer/Director Sam Borowski will be filming his latest production this December, a short titled Gabriella. The Indie Veteran will return to the director's chair with an original script he wrote. The film about a waitress named Gabriella, who is obsessed with movies, and dealing with a creepy customer named Joe, who is obsessed with her, will star young ingénue, Devony DiMattia in the title role, Joe Gannascoli, best known for his role as Vito Spatafore from The Sopranos as a shady character Gabriella suspects is a mobster and John Calvanico as the potential stalker, Joe.
MCC Theater's return of the critically acclaimed, sold out, extended, award-winning play School Girls; or, the African Mean Girls Play, written by 2017-18 Tow Playwright-in-Residence Jocelyn Bioh, and directed by Tony Winner Rebecca Taichman opened last night, October 22nd. Roebuck, who is also known for his roles in River's Edge, The Fugitive and US Marshalls, among many others, recently wrote, directed and starred in the independent film, Getting Grace, which was released theatrically by Hannover House and is coming to DVD/BLU-RAY from SONY Home Entertainment. He filmed it in the Lehigh Valley, where Borowski, set In This Moment.

Annie Tippe directs the world premiere of Cult of Love, a powerful look at one family's feverish clash over who is right - and who is crazy. Previews begin May 18, with the press opening scheduled for Thursday, May 24. Performances will continue through June 24 at Atwater Village Theatre.

The New Group presents the world premiere of Seth Zvi Rosenfeld's Downtown Race Riot, launching the company's 2017-2018 Season.
