These two Emmy-nominated programs, out of print the past few years, from producer Ralph J. Gleason feature: a 1965 documentary that explores the life and legacy of Ellington, perhaps the greatest single American composer, and the September 1965 commissioned premiere Ellington’s Concert of Sacred Music at San Francisco’s Grace Cathedral.

With support from Roddy Ricch on select dates, each night’s packed setlist featured hits like “Reputation”, “I Like You (A Happier Song)”, and “Cooped Up” from the new album as well as fan-favourites like “Rockstar”, “Congratulations”, and “Better Now”.  Each song featured a delicate precision of visual and auditory senses.

Country star Billy Currington is coming to Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana's Hard Rock Live venue on Friday, May 19. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.

MUSE/IQUE honors Quincy Jones in performances entitled Quincy at 90: The Power to Produce Change, conducted by Artistic Director Rachael Worby, Thursday, March 2 and Friday, March 3 at the historic Biltmore Bowl at The Biltmore Hotel, 506 S. Grand Avenue, in downtown Los Angeles.  

The special television taping event will take place on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, Jamey Johnson, Justin Moore, Lorrie Morgan, Mark Chesnutt, Michael Ray, Sam Moore, Tanya Tucker, Trace Adkins, Tracy Byrd and Tracy Lawrence are amongst the first artists set as performers.

The fourth annual We Want the Funk Festival, which takes place at the August Wilson African American Cultural Center (AWAACC) December 9 and 10 at 8:00 pm, celebrates the rhythm-driven musical genre that evolved from the R&B, soul, and jazz music of the 1960s that continues to influence today’s artists.

The music of Marvin Gaye transcends time in ways that can’t be described. From relatable songs about romance and heartbreak like “I Heard It Through The Grapevine” and “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” to socially conscious meditations “What’s Going On” and “Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)”, his music continues to resonate across generations.

15x CMA Award-winner Chris Stapleton was named Male Vocalist of the Year for the sixth time at last night’s 56th Annual CMA Awards, setting the record for most wins ever in the category. Stapleton also performed “You’ll Never Leave Harlan Alive” with Patty Loveless and Darrell Scott during the live broadcast, which Rolling Stone called “epic.” 

14x CMA Award-winner Chris Stapleton is nominated for five more awards at this year’s 56th Annual CMA Awards: Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Single of the Year (“You Should Probably Leave”), Song of the Year (“You Should Probably Leave”) and Music Video of the Year (Taylor Swift’s “I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version)).”

Signature awards include “Video of the Year” and the “Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award” which most recently was bestowed upon Rihanna, Kanye West, Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake, among others. The show airs across MTV's global network of channels and social platforms in more than 160 countries and territories.

GRAMMY® Award-nominated 3x diamond-certified artist Post Malone has announced the Twelve Carat Tour, an extensive 33-city outing across North America with special guest Roddy Ricch. Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicks off in September and includes an October 9 show at UBS Arena at Belmont Park.

illy Ray Cyrus celebrates the 30th Anniversary of his iconic debut album, Some Gave All. The album, which includes Cyrus' No. 1 hit single, 'Achy Breaky Heart,' was a breakout success, which catapulted the Kentucky native into superstar status and he quickly became a household name.

Lewis joins Sun Records compatriots Cash, “Cowboy” Jack Clement, Phillips and Elvis Presley in the Country Music Hall of Fame. He is also the fourth member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s founding 1986 class of inductees to also gain membership in the Country Music Hall of Fame, along with Presley (1998) and Ray Charles (2021).
