Photos: MTA Encourages New Yorkers to Take the Subway to Broadway With New Ad Campaign

In 1977, stars from Broadway shows gathered onboard a New York City subway car to take what would become an iconic photo, appearing with the tag line “The Only Sure Way to Make It to Broadway.” Forty-four years later, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and Broadway advertising agency RPM collaborated to re-create this photo.

'The music video was created and performed virtually to thank all the First Responders, Healthcare and Essential Workers who everyday go 'Into The Unknown' on our behalf,'
Summer Theatre Of New Canaan Announces 2018 Line Up

The Summer Theatre of New Canaan (STONC) celebrates its 15th season delivering professional theatre to Connecticut audiences with a production of 'Kiss Me, Kate' on its main stage at Waveny Park. In addition, STONC will debut a free, limited-run performance of 'The Complete Works of William Shakespeare' in downtown New Canaan's Christine's Park, in conjunction with the New Canaan Library.
