Lily Allen will star as Hedda Gabler, one of theatre’s most irresistible heroines, in a thrilling new version of Ibsen’s masterpiece which will open at Theatre Royal Bath’s Ustinov Studio from Friday 25 July – Saturday 23 August 2025. 

Full casting has been announced for the The Lover / The Collection, a double bill of two works from one of the most influential British dramatists of the last century, Harold Pinter. 

The BBC have revealed their festive line-up, including many theatrical treats. Among the announcements are Rambert's Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby, Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty and The Hound of the Baskervilles, recorded on the stage of London’s Barbican Theatre.

Theatre Royal Bath Productions has announced further casting for the upcoming West End run of Michael Frayn’s multi award-winning farce, Noises Off which will play at the Theatre Royal Haymarket from 27 September - 16 December 2023.

It was recently announced that James Corden will be departing from The Late Late Show in 2023. The actor and television personality revealed that he wouldn't be opposed to returning to Broadway now that he won't be working on the late night show anymore.

 CW Seed, The CW's free, ad-supported digital network, has acquired the second window, non-exclusive streaming rights to 14 series from BBC Studios. The pact will bring more than 200 episodes and 150 hours of scripted library content to the platform. Playing in London for 10 performances only from June 19th at the Vaudeville Theatre, press nights will be held on June 19th and 20th.

Bill Kenwright presents the inaugural Classic Screen to Stage Theatre Company production of RAIN MAN. Mathew Horne (Gavin & Stacey, The Catherine Tate Show) stars as Raymond Babbit opposite Ed Speleers (Downton Abbey, Wolf Hall) as Charlie Babbit. RAIN MAN opens at Windsor Theatre Royal on 21 August, before embarking on a UK tour to Milton Keynes, Cardiff, Eastbourne, Southend, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Brighton, Guildford, Leeds, Richmond, Derby and Northampton. Amazon Prime Video and ITV today announced it has greenlit THE WIDOW, an eight-episode Prime Original and ITV series, starring Kate Beckinsale (The Aviator, Love & Friendship).
