Marissa Mulder-an award-winning singer, recording and cabaret artist- is appearing live on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 9 at Ribbon 72. On the piano is acclaimed music director, Jon Weber. Indoor dining guests (between 1 pm-5 pm) will experience this live performance of I'll Follow The Sun, the songs of John and Lennon and Paul McCartney performed.

Singer/Actress Marissa Mulder moved to New York City in 2007 from Syracuse, NY and has gone on to become one of the most successful young cabaret artists on the Manhattan scene. In 2011, she beat out 60 other singers to win the Metro Star Challenge at the Metropolitan Room, an American Idol type contest for up and coming cabaret artists. Since then she has performed in several of her own shows. Stephen Holden of the New York Times called her show ' Tom...In His Words, the songs of Tom Waits', 'Far and away the season's best show, everything the genre can be but almost never is.'

STEPHEN HANKS' CABARET ALL-STARS FIGHT CANCER, a fundraiser dedicated to the late cabaret performer Charlotte Patton, will be presented on March 10, 2020 at 7 pm at Hidden Cabaret (at The Secret Room), Behind the Cooper Door at 707 8th Avenue, between 44th and 45th Streets. Featuring Musical Theater Composer Michael Roberts at the piano, the roster of All-Stars include: Sandra Bargman, Remy Block, Lane Bradbury, Bruce Clough, Meg Flather, Laurie Krauz, Erica Linn, Jeff Macauley, Marissa Mulder, Craig Pomranz, Scott Raneri, Julie Reyburn, Sarah Rice, Billie Roe and Tom Toce.
