Door Shakespeare have announced that tickets are available for the 2024 summer season, including two shows running in alternating repertory: William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, and Jane Austen's Emma, adapted by Joseph Hanreddy.

The Repertory Theater of St. Louis (The Rep) presents the captivating timeless classic, Moby Dick at the Loretto-Hilton Center on the Campus of Webster University.  Moby Dick is based on the book of the same name by Herman Melville and adapted and directed by Lookingglass Theater Company founding ensemble member and former Artistic Director David Catlin. 

 The Repertory Theater of St. Louis (The Rep) presents the captivating timeless classic, Moby Dick this February 6-25, 2024 at the Loretto-Hilton Center on the Campus of Webster University. 

Anthony and Rosemary are two introverted misfits straddling 40. Anthony has spent his entire life on a cattle farm in rural Ireland, a state of affairs that-due to his painful shyness-suits him well. Rosemary lives right next door, determined to have him, watching the years slip away.

Peninsula Players Theatre, America's oldest professional resident summer theater, presents performances of 'Ken Ludwig's Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery' beginning on September 6 for a six-week run at Door County's premiere professional theater.

Great Lakes Theater (GLT) has released production photos for its production of Jane Austen’s classic, Sense and Sensibility, performing in the company’s intimate and audience-friendly home at the Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square through March 5, 2023. GLT’s Associate Artistic Director, Sara Bruner, and Artistic Associate, Jaclyn Miller, will co-direct this production. Great Lakes Theater (GLT) presents the finale of its 60th anniversary season with the uproarious romantic thriller, Alfred Hitchcock’s The 39 Steps. This fast-paced, madcap Tony Award-winning show is a fitting way to end this momentous season. Alfred Hitchcock’s The 39 Steps will perform in the company’s intimate and audience-friendly home at the Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square, April 29 – May 22, 2022. 

TimeLine Theatre Company, in partnership with the Chicago Teachers Union Foundation and the Chicago Teachers Union, will present a reading of John Conroy's play My Kind of Town in support of curriculum that teaches Chicago Public school students about the police torture scandal that plagued Chicago for more than three decades, focusing on learning about abuse of government power and violation of the public trust and empowering students to be agents of change. The reading will take place on Monday, April 29 at 11 a.m. at Chicago Teachers Union, 1901 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago, for an audience of approximately 300 students from four schools, and their teachers.

That is until fortune-hunting Petruchio takes up the challenge to "tame" Kate and make her his wife. A madcap marriage and much mayhem ensues in a beguiling battle of wits and wills between the sexes which ultimately reveals an unlikely romance. Can love tame a shrewish heart and surprise an unbridled bachelor?

The Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival's Professional Company production of The Tragedy of Othello, the Moor of Venice is now in rehearsals. Shakespeare's powerfully relevant tragedy comes to Notre Dame in a compelling and contemporary new staging, set in a world torn apart by jealousy, mistrust, and racial strife ? a world not unlike our own. Othello cast & company members are now available for media interviews between July 31 ? August 3, 2018; Othello opens August 14, with 15 performances through August 26.
