The Polyphonic Spree have released their highly anticipated, eighth studio album, 'Salvage Enterprise,' The album features nine original compositions and is described as the band's most vulnerable work to date. The band has also announced upcoming live shows and a free pop-up listening experience in Dallas.

The neo-traditional country singer and songwriter has announced the “Craig Campbell Tour, by God.” The 11-city tour kicks off March 4 in Franklin, OH, and the first leg wraps in Indianapolis April 9. Special guest Styles Haury will join Campbell on the first four dates. Craig wrote “by God” with Thomas Archer and Jordan Walker.

Talent and production executive Shanna Strassberg has joined CMT as Vice President of Music & Talent, it was announced today by Leslie Fram, Senior Vice President, Music Strategy & Talent, CMT. Strassberg will be responsible for driving music and artist integration efforts and steer strategic direction across multiple CMT brands. Based in Nashville, Strassberg assumes her position immediately and reports to Fram.  

The Country Music Association visited Seattle Tuesday, Dec. 4, with songwriters Bailey Bryan, Barry Dean, Cassadee Pope and Walker McGuire. During the trip, Bryan, Dean and Pope met with 150 music students from Seattle Public Schools' Cleveland High School and Rainier Beach High School. As part of the CMA Foundation's Places to Play partnership with U.S. Bank and its Community Possible giving platform, U.S. Bank surprised students with $25,000 worth of musical instruments for both schools' music programs. Tuesday evening, Bryan, Dean, Pope and Walker McGuire performed at a CMA Songwriters Series presented by U.S. Bank at Showbox SoDo.
