Second Half Productions has announced that Sam Holcroft's (Rules for Living) critically acclaimed new play A Mirror will transfer to the West End from January 2024.

Tilted Wig (Murder, Margaret and Me; Lady Chatterley's Lover; The Picture of Dorian Gray) are heading on tour with York Theatre Royal's Around the World in 80 Days.  This exciting adventure, adapted from Jules Verne's iconic story, is touring the UK from February – July 2023.

Originally seen at venues around York in summer 2021, the York Theatre Royal production of Around the World in 80 Days is setting off to go around not the world but the UK.

The smash-hit production of C.S. Lewis' classic The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which has been wowing audiences around the UK and Ireland, will make its West End premiere this summer at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, Drury Lane, London.

Final casting was announced today for the smash-hit Leeds Playhouse production of C.S. Lewis' classic The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe which begins a major tour of the UK and Ireland on November 2, 2021.   TV and theatre star Samantha Womack completes the cast to play Narnia's evil White Witch.

The Pevensie children are:  Ammar Duffus as Peter, Shaka Kalokoh as Edmund, Robyn Sinclair as Susan and Karise Yansen as Lucy.   Aslan is played by Chris Jared, Mr Tumnus by Jez Unwin, Mr Beaver by Sam Buttery and Maugrim by Michael Ahomka-Lindsay. 

Philip Franks' take on The Tempest is one of four productions playing in rep at the theatre over the summer (the others being Hamlet, Twelfth Night and Henry V). Franks builds on the magic and mystery at the heart of The Tempest in a production which takes a while to find its groove but is not without a healthy smattering of captivating moments.

Throughout my career, I've been desperate to fight, and yet it always seemed something reserved for the boys and the men. During one of my first jobs, playing Wendy in Peter Pan, I was determined to get in at least one sneaky kick to a passing pirate's shin.

Joining the cast on stage will be 40 children who form part of Theatre Peckham's renowned arts education and training programme.
