The City of Vista's Moonlight Amphitheatre will produce a new event for the holiday season. 'Jingle Terrace Live' will feature nine nights of holiday light shows, concerts and movie nights. Except for the two concert nights, admission is free.

In SOMEDAY AT CHRISTMAS: JOHN - MARK MCGAHA SINGS STEVIE WONDER, the talented, joyful, and generous McGaha sheds a personal light upon the miraculous life of one of America's greatest singer/songwriters, with a set that includes Wonder’s Christmas songs along with some of his greatest hits.

Casting and creative details have been announced JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, the blockbuster rock opera by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.  This is the first production of WaterTower’s 27th Season.

The original Broadway Cast Recording of A Strange Loop, Michael R. Jackson's Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical will be released on CD on Friday, November 4. The album is currently available in digital and streaming formats.

Tony winner Michael R. Jackson and Kyle Ramar Freeman appeared on SHERRI this morning to sing 'Memory Song' from A Strange Loop. The Tony Award-winning Best Musical A STRANGE LOOP will play its final Broadway performance on January 15, 2023. Michael R. Jackson’s A STRANGE LOOP opened April 26, at the Lyceum Theatre. A Strange Loop was named Best Musical by the Tony Awards.

Bob the Drag Queen will host a Big, Black and Queer Night for the Tony Award-winning Best Musical A STRANGE LOOP on Thursday, October 27, at 7 p.m.

Navigating the lantern lit path to a small traditional log cabin in Northeast Austin, the house was packed to see Archive Theater’s reimagined rendition of MACBETH. The cracked wooden windows to beat the heat, and the creative thrust staging ignited a sense of comradery for the drama needed for Shakespeare's famous Scottish play. Many are familiar with the story of MACBETH - three witches tell the Scottish general Macbeth that he will be King, resulting in murder and mayhem encouraged Lady Macbeth, the chaos quickly spirals out of control - but Archive sets the cunning mutiny during America’s civil war era. Altering places listed in the play to reference opposing sides during our nation's torrid history, mirrors the chaos and eventual bloodshed that occurs during Macbeth’s plight. The original “game of thrones” between the Macbeths and all who stand in their way is a shocking reminder of how greed and power can be a fatal elixir for the ambitious.
