John Davis of Superdrag has detailed his new solo LP, JINX, out Sept. 27. The original plan was for it to be a new Superdrag LP, making it the band's first new album in a decade. Instead, it is being released under Davis' name, with a different set of musicians backing up Davis.

Available in its original configuration as 1LP, an expanded 2LP set, and a 3CD set (whose tracklisting the digital version mirrors), To The Faithful Departed deluxe editions contain an abundance of bonus tracks and material.

Bryan Ferry announces the deluxe reissue of 'Mamouna' and the unreleased studio album 'Horoscope.' The release celebrates the 30th anniversary of this unique chapter in Ferry's solo career. The reissue includes a 2LP edition and a 3CD deluxe edition with bonus tracks. This announcement coincides with the 50th anniversary of Bryan Ferry's career.

The gatefold 2LP edition includes the ‘Mamouna' and ‘Horoscope' albums, both mastered by Bob Ludwig, while the 3CD deluxe edition features an additional disc, ‘Sketches', including 10 tracks of rarities and outtakes chronicling the genesis of Ferry's songwriting for the ‘Mamouna' project, mastered at Metropolis Studios by John Davis. 

It is the first album that the Bali, Indonesia-born pianist, composer and bandleader has recorded with his regular touring trio of Kris Funn on upright bass and John Davis on drums, a group with whom he has played hundreds of gigs over the past four years. They are augmented on four tracks by GRAMMY-nominated trumpet player Theo Croker.
