Prospect Theater Company announced today the complete cast and creative team for the world premiere of Notes From Now, directed and choreographed by Billy Bustamante. The strictly limited engagement is set to run through Sunday, March 20, 2022.

 The Fred Ebb Foundation has announced that their Fred Ebb Award ceremony, previously set for January 3rd, 2022 at Birdland Jazz Club, has been postponed. 

The Fred Ebb Foundation will present the seventeenth annual Fred Ebb Award for aspiring musical theatre songwriters to the team of Isabella Dawis & Tidtaya Sinutoke. The award, named in honor of the late award-winning lyricist Fred Ebb, will be presented on Monday January 3rd, 2022, at a by-invitation-only ceremony at Birdland Jazz Club

FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will present Sally Wilfert in “How Did I End Up Here?” on July 18th and 20th at 7PM.  Sally Wilfert (Assassins, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer) returns to Feinstein’s/54 Below with her brand new show, “How Did I End Up Here?”

For 10 select weekends between June 4 and September 26, the sounds of music and memories will grace the Playhouse’s vintage patio. Seated at socially distanced tables of twos and fours, the patio comes alive seating 100 patrons for each of our four weekend performances — Fridays 5:00p, Saturdays 2:30 and 5:00p, and Sundays at 7:00p.

The Fred Ebb Foundation in association with the Roundabout Theatre Company announced today that applications for the seventeenth annual Fred Ebb Award for aspiring musical theatre songwriters are now available. Applications will be accepted from June 1 - June 30, 2021. The winner will be selected in November of 2021.

PS CLASSICS has announced the release of All the Girls – the new album from Rebecca Luker and Sally Wilfert – on CD online and in stores today, Friday, March 5. It was released in digital and streaming formats in December. The album marks the final recording by Ms. Luker, a Broadway luminary for over 30 years, who passed away late last year.

PREMIERES has announced that it will be making live production and streaming production rights available for selected works of its biennial INNER VOICES series. PS CLASSICS will release All the Girls – the new album from Rebecca Luker and Sally Wilfert – on Friday, December 25 in digital and streaming formats. A CD will be available on Friday, January 15, 2021. The pair have recorded a celebration of womanhood in all its complexities and expressions.

Barrington Stage Company has announced the 2020 Associate Artists – lighting designer David Lander, director/choreographer Jeffrey Page and actress Alysha Umphress. The Associate Artists program’s honorees include choreographer Joshua Bergasse, director Joe Calarco, costume designer Jen Caprio, and more.

Lambert Jackson Productions today announces live performances of Jason Robert Brown's Songs For A New World at The London Palladium on 11 October. Séimí Campbell directs David Hunter (Waitress), Rachel John (Hamilton), Cedric Neal (Motown) and Rachel Tucker (Come From Away) for two performances only in a return for musical theatre to West End.

Opera Colorado will present a series of digital performances by its 2019-20 Artists in Residence, An Afternoon of American Song. Now in its fifth year, this program was originally slated for a live performance in March, but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
