CBS and The American Theatre Wing's Tony Awards announced that a bevy of stage and screen stars that will appear on 'The Tony Awards® Present: Broadway's Back!' live from The Winter Garden Theatre in New York City, Sunday, Sept. 26 on the CBS Television Network and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.

This morning, Hamilton star Jasmine Cephas Jones and Ron Cephas Jones announced the 2021 Primetime Emmy Nominations, which included 12 nominations for the Disney Plus recording of Hamilton in addition to nomination for Broadway veterans like Billy Porter, Cynthia Erivo, Julie Andrews, the Lopezes and so many more.
The pair were the first father and daughter to both win Emmy Awards in the same year at the 2020 ceremony, according to Deadline; Ron won Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series for This Is Us, while Jasmine won Outstanding Actress in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series for #FreeRayshawn.
The twentieth anniversary of New York City's Tribeca Film Festival began on June 9th and went through June 20th. Immersive Van Gogh, the original experiential celebration of the work of beloved post-Impressionist Vincent van Gogh, is now open at Pier 36 (299 South St.) a 70,000-square-foot facility located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side with views of the East River, the Brooklyn skyline and the Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges.
The series is created by Steve Conrad ('Perpetual Grace Ltd.'), who will join the all-star cast for a Q&A and first look at the series. 'Ultra City Smiths' premieres July 22 on AMC+. Additional panelists will be confirmed at a later date.
