In 2018, Arnaud's Restaurant one of the oldest family-operated restaurants in the country will celebrate 100 years of serving authentic Creole cuisine in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter. The menu, featuring items named after friends and loved ones, contains many items that have remained nearly untouched, along with a handful of options introduced over recent years. The James Beard Foundation (JBF) is challenging restaurants and diners nationwide to reach for a better burger this summer a blended burger which adds at least 25 percent earth-friendly mushrooms into the patty. The Blended Burger Project kicked off on May 29 with more than 350 restaurants participating across 45 states, from fine dining to chain operators.
