Musical theatre and pop songwriter Joey Contreras is returning to Rockwood Music Hall's Stage 2 on Monday, June 11 for a 9pm concert. A stellar panel of four judges will determine with live feedback who the winner will be in this International Musical Theater Talent Show that will take place at Feinstein's/54 Below today, May 22nd, 2018 at 9.30pm! Judges are the legendary Broadway star, director, choreographer, and ten-time Tony Award-winner Tommy Tune; international musical theater performer and cabaret singer Francesca Capetta; Broadway star and cabaret performer Klea Blackhurst; legit Talent Agent from The Mine Dustin Flores.

Broadway Unlocked founder Jessica Ryan announced today that the performance lineup for the sixth annual #giveback concert slated for Sunday, May 13 at 7.30pm at WNYC's The Greene Space (44 Charlton Street) has been updated.  Along with producers Kelly Weaver and Mike Borges, Broadway Unlocked is bringing Broadway favorites together to perform and raise funds for the Crime Victims Treatment Center, a not-for-profit organization committed to helping people heal from violent crime.  The live concert is directed by Nathan Tysen (Tuck Everlasting, Amelie).

One Thousand Nights and One Day, a new musical with book and lyrics by Jason Grote, with music by Marisa Michelson, and directed by Erin Ortman, just opened the ART/NY Mezzanine Theatre (502 West 53rd Street between 10th and 11th Avenues).

The Philipstown The Philipstown Depot Theatre is pleased to present Phil Geoffrey Bond's My Queer Youth on Saturday, November 18 at 8pm. My Queer Youth, a hit at off-Broadway's Laurie Beechman Theatre in 2010, is being revived for this special one-night-only performance on the banks of the Hudson River. Featuring music by some of the greatest songwriters of the past century, the evening is intermingled with spoken text by Bond about growing up different amongst the cornfields of southern Indiana.
