Taylor Louderman and the Write Out Loud team -- Ben Rauhala, Hannah Kloepfer, Sarah Glugatch, Josh Collopy-- have teamed up for the third annual Write Out Loud songwriting contest, a celebration of new musical theatre writers. 

BroadwayWorld had the pleasure of speaking to Louderman about the difference between her work onscreen and her work in musical theatre, learning more about comedy from Kenan Thompson, and what she thinks the future of theatre could look like.

'Pitch In,' co-written by Hannah Kloepfer and Nat Zegree, is a fun and youthful show that takes place in a small-town middle school struggling to fund their school's extracurricular activities.

The holiday experience, Winter Wondergram, is back to help you celebrate Valentine’s Day!  After raising $10,000 that was divided up amongst different arts organizations and artists, Winter Wondergram is now focusing its fundraising efforts on the National Endowment for the Arts.

Taylor Louderman, Hannah Kloepfer, and Nat Zegree are presenting an all new musical, 'the Bit List,' a one-act STEM youth musical written for teens, with gender inclusivity and flexible cast sizes in mind.

The WRITE OUT LOUD team will present a VIRTUAL JAM, celebrating the 2020 contest winners and finalists, hosted by Taylor Louderman on Friday, June 26th at 6PM EST.

Tony Nominee Taylor Louderman (Mean Girls, Bring it On, Kinky Boots) wants to give new songwriters the opportunity to collaborate with professionals in the Musical Theater industry. Last year with 500 song submissions Taylor teamed up with Ben Rauhala and Warner Music Group to give musical songwriters the chance to have their original song recorded in-studio, showcased and performed by Taylor and Broadway Alum. Jen Cody (Shrek, Urinetown), joins the cast of DUETS with The Write Teacher(s) Volume 7 at Feinstein's/54 Below on April 12th! Conceived and produced by Megan Minutillo (in association with thewriteteachers.com), DUETS with The Write Teacher(s) Volume 7 will feature music from across the musical theatre canon, pairing one performer with their Broadway/NYC Idol - someone who has inspired them to join, and/or stay, in this crazy world of show business.

Tyla Collier joins DUETS with The Write Teacher(s) Volume 7 - April 12th at Feinstein's/54 Below at 9:30pm.  Tyla is native of Rumford, Rhode Island and is a graduate of The Boston Conservatory. She has appeared at various regional theatres across the country, and can currently be seen Off-Broadway in Sistas The Musical at The St. Luke's Theatre!
