TWELFTH NIGHT is one of Shakespeare’s classic comedies, and the current production at The Olde Globe playing through July 9th invites the audience to a music-centered and lighthearted version that is lively, lyrical, and full of laughter! 

The production that opened June 10 at the outdoor Lowell Davies Festival Theater was consistently enjoyable, but never enchanting. Set in the Regency area and using a mixture of music (here a court violin, there a ukelele) to foreground the play rather than drive it forward, Marshall’s production suffers from inconsistent casting. It also drags.

With Lucinda Coxon's Herding Cats opening last night at Soho Theatre and via live stream until 22 May, New York-based, Olivier-winning, and Tony-nominated OHenry Productions and Stellar, in association with Soho Theatre, today announce the on-demand extension of the run.

Lucinda Coxon's 2010 play stretches across the Atlantic Ocean, but pulls us back to London's tiny flats and intimate arrangements.

Currently streaming live from London’s Soho Theatre through May 22, the groundbreaking production is a hybrid of in-person and livestream theatre that marks a first-of-its-kind international collaboration. Herding Cats is a Stellar Original production.

Herding Cats is now running at Soho Theatre through 22 May 2021. Anthony Banks directs Jassa Ahluwalia (Unforgotten, Peaky Blinders) as Michael, Greg Germann (Grey’s Anatomy, Friends From College and Ally McBeal) as Saddo, and Sophie Melville as Justine (Pops, Iphigenia in Splott).

The fabled date is getting nearer!  For months, May 17 has loomed large in the calendar of London theatreland as the signal for playhouses to reopen their doors after a five-month lockdown - a period of closure that has, of course, been much longer in New York for the simple reason that London theaters did at least flicker partially to life last autumn.

Former Secretary of State and avid theatergoer Hillary Rodham Clinton will participate in Classic Stage Company's event Tell the Story: Celebrating Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's Assassins, delivering remarks about the timely and timeless American musical.

Stars in the House continues tonight (8pm ET) with an ASSASSINS Reunion with Michael Cerveris, Greg Germann, Annie Golden, Terrence Mann, Debra Monk, Anne L. Nathan, Lee WIlkof and Jerry Zaks.  The Angie Torres Charitable Trust is generously offering a $2,500 matching donation for tonight's show!

Classic Stage Company will present Tell The Story: Celebrating Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's Assassins. The evening will feature cast members of the original Off-Broadway company, the Broadway revival, and Doyle’s upcoming CSC production.
