The Other Palace has announced that submissions are now open for the 7th annual MTFestUK 2026, which will showcase six new musicals over a three-week period.

Twelve members of the cast of the production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe which will be playing a Summer Season at Sadlers Wells, made a special visit to St. Pancras International's International Concourse last week

The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe which this year celebrates the  75th Anniversary of the publication of C.S. Lewis novel, returns to the Capital for a Summer Season at Sadler's Wells.

Bringing audiences the best new songs from up-and-coming songwriters in a concert curated especially for fans of musicals, this celebration of new musical theatre writing will reunite the team from last year's successful VOL #1 concert.

This year, the festival will shine the spotlight on eight new musicals from 30 January to 11 February workshopped and presented in ‘sharing' sessions in both The Other Palace Studio and The Turbine Theatre. Learn more about the cast here!

After nearly 30,000 performances at the St Martins Theatre, Agatha Christie’s play, The Mousetrap is also playing to theatres around the UK as part of a 70th anniversary tour. This week, the classic whodunnit comes to the Glasgow King’s Theatre.

The world’s longest-running play, The Mousetrap, will play at The Belgrade from Monday 13 – Saturday 18 February.

Joining the cast of brand-new British musical, Millennials, from 9 August is Georgina Castle (Cinderella), Lucca Chadwick-Patel (Legally Blonde), Jarnéia Richard- Noel (SIX the Musical), Cleve September (Hamilton), Rhys Taylor (Book of Mormon) and Becca Wickes (Heathers the Musical). The Other Palace has announced that following the world premiere of the new musical Millennials, written and composed by Elliot Clay, the show will extend for a further 4 weeks of performances over the summer, due to finish on Sunday 4 September 2022.

A ball pit, inflatable flamingos, beanbags, a pink shiny wall, beach balls, and a giant avocado. Walking into the transformed Studio at The Other Palace is like stepping into a pink and green Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory, where unexpected fun lies around every corner.

Full casting is announced for the 70th Anniversary tour of The Mousetrap, the longest running play in the world, which will visit over 70 venues throughout the UK and Ireland from this September.

Sit in the Stalls today announce their brand new project ‘New Year, New Songs, New Writers’ starting in January 2021.

Following the success of the first series, In the Wings is returning from Friday 25th September for a second glorious series.
