 Well-Strung, the singing string quartet, is warming up the winter at the Gracie Theatre at Husson University on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. with their unique blend of musical genres, creative compilations, and skillful instrumentation.

Get ready to swoon! Catskill's adventurous Bridge Street Theatre launches its 2020 Season with a special Valentine's Day Weekend benefit performance of Edmund Bagnell's a?oeHe Plays the Violina??. This wide-ranging autobiographical solo cabaret act will be presented on Saturday evening February 15, 2020 at 7:30 in the theatre's Mainstage, located at 44 West Bridge Street in the Village of Catskill.

Edmund Bagnell, 1st Violinist & vocalist of the internationally acclaimed group Well-Strung, will star in the New York premiere of He Plays The Violin at Feinstein's/54 Below on Nov. 25 at 9:30 PM. The show is being developed by New Works Provincetown at The Art House this fall and includes a brand new song written for Mr. Bagnell by Scott Frankel (Grey Gardens & War Paint). Through stories and song, the evening celebrates all things music, from classical to standards and from pop to Broadway, and of course with a good dose of fiddle thrown in. This piece shows a different side of Edmund Bagnell in this personal and uplifting journey through music, and is written by and starring Edmund Bagnell, conceived by Mark Cortale, music directed by Matt Aument and directed by Michael Schiralli.

Provincetown's Art House theater has announced a busy lineup of performances for P-Town's once quiet and now bustling a?oeoff-seasona?? fall and winter months. The Los Angeles LGBT Center has announced a special one-night-only performance by the internationally acclaimed singing string quartet Well-Strung today, December 8, at 8pm. The four performers, who specialize in pairing universally recognized classical pieces while singing pop music hits, return to the Renberg Theatre with their hit holiday show, A Well Strung Christmas, directed by Richard Jay-Alexander. The show features the group's own unique pop-classical spin on some of the most beautiful and traditional holiday favorites from "Silent Night" and "Sleighride" all the way to Dolly Parton's "Hard Candy Christmas," and everything in between.

Well-Strung, the innovative and eclectic New York City-based string quartet that derives their unique blend of vocals and strings by fusing classical music with the pop music of today, has announced that their latest album, Under the Covers will be released September 14, 2018. Their third album, Under the Covers will feature a collection of covers that combine everyone from Lady Gaga and Vivaldi to Queen and Rossini.  The quartet, who have quickly gained international attention, playing in London, Rome and Vienna and selling out venues all across the United States, features Edmund Bagnell (first violin), Christopher Marchant (second violin), Daniel Shevlin (cello) and Trevor Wadleigh (viola).
