As we ring in the new year, BroadwayWorld is looking back at 2025 and the incredible performers who made their mark on Broadway!

BroadwayCon is set to return next year, with Mainstage programming taking place at Palladium Times Square, and additional programming and the Marketplace taking place at the New York Westin at Times Square.

Leslie Odom, Jr. has returned to his Tony-winning role of Aaron Burr in the Broadway production of Hamilton. He will perform through November 26. Check out photos of his return here!

The Broadway cast of Hamilton has released a video singing a new song about the 2024 election, featuring lyrics by Kurt Crowley and a familiar tune by by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Hamilton has released a new block of tickets through September 1, 2024. 

Cast members from the cast of Hamilton came in to record  Good King Wenceslas under the Musical Direction of Erik Dodenhoff.  The cast puts a “Hamiltonian” spin on this recording.

HAMILTON has announced that tickets are now available for performances on Broadway through December 30, 2023.  Tickets range from $99 to $229 with premiums starting from  $249.  Plus, all new production photos of the current Broadway company have just been released.

The Tony-winning musical Kinky Boots will play its final off-Broadway performance at 7:00PM on Sunday, November 20, 2022 following 32 previews and 102 regular performances.

Everybody Say Yeah (and sing out) because Kinky Boots is doing a SING-A-LONG performance! Celebrate Halloween this year Kinky Boots Style by getting dressed up (optional!) and heading to Stage 42 on October 31st, where the audience is encouraged to sing along with some of their favorite tunes from the show during the performance.

The Off-Broadway engagement of the Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical, Kinky Boots began performances at Stage 42 on July 26th and will open tonight, August 25th. Kinky Boots features 16 original songs by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Harvey Fierstein, and direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell.  Check out photos and video below! 

Kinky Boots released a video highlighting the winner of #TheBootsAreBackSweeps, a social promotion in which fans submitted videos about their excitement about the musical returning to NYC for a chance to win tickets to the first preview performance. Check out the video here!
