Boo Killebrew's new play rips into the twisted world of family in the Civil Rights era south. This gothic tale packs more than a punch, and provides thrill and drama in equal measure.

Gregory Boyd, Artistic Director of the Tony Award-winning Alley Theatre announces the cast and creative team for the world premiere of Rajiv Joseph's Describe the Night. Commissioned by the Alley, Describe the Night premieres September 15 and runs through October 15 in the Neuhaus Theatre.

Roundabout Theatre Company will conclude its critically acclaimed summer productions, Marvin's Room by Scott McPherson, directed by Anne Kauffman, and Meghan Kennedy's Napoli, Brooklyn, directed by Gordon Edelstein, on Sunday, August 27.

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award® Recipient Dallas Theater Center presents the world premiere of Miller, Mississippi; a new play written by Boo Killebrew and directed by Lee Sunday Evans. Beginning with a Pay-What-You-Can performance on Wednesday, Aug. 30 at 7:30 p.m., the production runs through Sunday, Oct. 1 at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre Studio Theatre. Atlantic Theater Company has announced that the New York premiere play Animal by Clare Lizzimore (Mint) and directed by Gaye Taylor Upchurch (Harper Regan, Bluebird) has been extended an additional week through Sunday, July 2 in advance of officially opening next Tuesday, June 6.

Playwrights Horizons (Artistic Director, Tim Sanford; Managing Director, Leslie Marcus) has announced that the score for their World Premiere production of the musical IOWA has been preserved as an Original Cast Recording, produced by Michael Croiter (Matilda, The Visit, Big Fish) and Todd Almond. IOWA is written by Jenny Schwartz (God's Ear, Somewhere Fun) with music by Todd Almond (Girlfriend) and lyrics by Ms. Schwartz and Mr. Almond.

Producers of Broadway's critically acclaimed, SIGNIFICANT OTHER, announces that it will play its final performance on Sunday, April 23rd at 7 PM.   SIGNIFICANT OTHER, currently playing at The Booth Theatre (222 West 45th St.), officially opened Thursday, March 2nd, and at the time of closing will have played a total of 79 performances.
