Multiple GRAMMY Award-nominated, Chicago-based violinist Philippe Quint tours his newest multimedia show, Astor Piazzolla at 100: Between Angels and Demons, in its Chicago premiere at North Shore Chamber Music Festival with pianist Jun Cho on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 7:30pm.

The show will open with a set by the Dan Cooper Quartet, featuring Dan's distinctive compositions. Followed by poet Jim Kempner, who will present some of his verses.

Composers Concordance presents Tin Pan Allegiances on Saturday, May 15th at 6pm at Michiko Studios in New York City. The concert commemorates and pays tribute to NYC's Tin Pan Alley, where publishers of zillions of popular songs had their offices. Songwriters associated with Tin Pan Alley included George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, and Jerome Kern, among many others.
