The Ludlow House presented Songs of the Serpent: Introducing songs from Medusa, a New Pop Opera on October 27th. The evening was directed by Rachel Klein and music directed by Dan Pardo featuring songs written by composer David James Boyd and lyricist Erik Ransom, with creative production by Chad Kessler.

Songs of the Serpent: Introducing songs from Medusa, a New Pop Opera, will have its world premier presentation on Wednesday, October 27th at 8:30pm, with an after party to follow. Secret location details to be revealed upon reservation.

Orchestrations are by Elspeth Collard.

Be More Chill, The Black Suits), who also co-wrote the book with Lance Rubin (Denton Little's Deathdate), and Jason SweetTooth Williams (Be More Chill), the show is directed and choreographed by Jennifer Werner (The Book of Mormon Supervising Associate Director) and stars Screen Actors Guild Award winner Annie Golden (Hair, Assassins, a?oeOrange is the New Blacka??) in the title role. The album will be produced by Joe Iconis and Charlie Rosen, and co-produced by Geoffrey Ko and Ian Kagey, with Jennifer Ashley Tepper serving as executive producer.
