See 'West Side Story' now at Paper Mill Playhouse through June 26th. Their production of this modern American classic is magnificent.

Paper Mill Playhouse presents Arthur Laurents, Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim's classic musical West Side Story, directed by Paper Mill Playhouse's Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee and Jerome Robbins' original choreography recreated by Alex Sanchez.

Leading the company are Matt Doyle as Tony, Belinda Allyn as Maria, Natalie Cortez as Anita, German Alexander as Bernardo and Mikey Winslow as Riff. West Side Story begins performances at the Millburn, New Jersey, theater tonight, June 1, and runs through June 26, 2016. The official press opening night is Sunday, June 5, 2016, at 7:00 pm. On Thursday, May 26, 2016 The Orpheum Theatre announced the winners of the 2016 High School Musical Theatre Awards show.

?Due to popular demand, A Red Orchid Theatre adds six performances to the run of the world premiere of Sender by Ike Holter, directed by Ensemble Member Shade Murray. Featuring Ensemble Member Steve Haggard, the cast of Sender also includes McKenzie Chinn, Mary Williamson and Steven Wilson. The extension includes Saturday matinees as well as additional weeknight performances. Sender will now run through June 4, 2016. A Red Orchid Theatre is located at 1531 N Wells. Tickets to extension performances go on sale Thursday, May 12, 2016.

For their 30th album release, SimG Records have announced their new concept album Ms. A Song Cycle, created in aid of MS Society UK. The aim is to increase awareness and raise funds for this brilliant charity and worthwhile cause.

Award winning sound artist Melanie Wilson is collaborating with Fuel, one of the UK's leading theatre producers, on a bold new eco-feminist work that re-imagines the operatic form. Called OPERA FOR THE UNKNOWN WOMAN, the production is commissioned by Wales Millennium Centre for the inaugural Festival of Voice and Yorkshire Festival 2016 in association with Warwick Arts Centre.
