She was nominated for a Drama Desk award for Outstanding Sound Design for Initiative at The Public Theater, and created the sound effects for Water for Elephants on Broadway as the assistant sound designer to Walter Trarbach.

Angela Baughman is a sound designer with a focus on new works and a love for the malleable boundary between music and noise.
