In an effort to give voice to the global events of 2020, while addressing the need for new musical repertoire during the time of COVID-19, Los Angeles Film Conducting Intensive (LAFCI) announces the 2020 New Music Project.

Broadcast Music Inc.® (BMI®), a global leader in music rights management, and White Bear PR, will return to WonderCon, to present the highly anticipated Music in Animation panel. The discussion will feature composers Ryan Elder, Tim Kiefer, Mark Rivers and Tom Howe, who are the musical masterminds behind some of the most popular series and films in animation includingRick and Morty, Adventure Time, Big Mouth, and Early Man. The panelists will delve into the process of creating music and songs for their fan-favorite projects, while providing additional behind the scenes details. Following the panel will be a Q&A with giveaways to audience members as supplies last. The panel will be moderated by BMI Senior Director Film, TV and Visual Media Relations, Anne Cecere, and President of White Bear PR, Chandler Poling.
