After a two-year hiatus, Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston returns for its 53rd summer season on the main stage at the Robinson Theatre (617 Lexington St. Waltham, MA, 02452). Under the direction of new Artistic Director Rachel Bertone, the curtain will rise on two iconic American musicals: West Side Story, the powerful tale of young lovers caught between prejudice and warring street gangs (July 8-16, 2022) and Pippin, Stephen Schwartz's unforgettable musical masterpiece of a young prince searching for passion, adventure, and the true meaning of life. (August 5-13, 2022).

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston has announced the appointment of Rachel Bertone, award-winning regional director and choreographer, as its new Artistic Director. Bertone joins Linda Chin, previously Interim Executive Artistic Director and now Executive Producer, as the company's new leadership team for the 2022 summer season. Reagle's Founder and Producing Artistic Director Robert J. Eagle retired June 30, 2021, after a remarkable 52-year career.

Opening Reagle Players' 42nd consecutive season on June 18th was the classic Into the Woods starring Broadway powerhouse Rachel York. York recently won the 2009 Irne Award for Best Musical Actress for her critically praised turn as the title character in Reagle's Hello, Dolly! That production was part of the group's 'Salute to Jerry Herman' season last summer. York now returns in mid June to portray The Witch in James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim's original fairy tale Into the Woods.
