Barry Kleinbort, multi-award director, composer, lyricist, and librettist joins “Jamie deRoy & friends” as co-host.  He will team with Jamie deRoy, the legendary 10-time Tony Award Broadway Producer and founder of her popular long-running talk show.

When John S. Anastasi's CHASING JACK was invited to join the 131 productions participating in the 2019 New York Summerfest it was honored with both The Best of Festival Award and The Best Play Award.

CHASING JACK will begin Preview Performances Off-Broadway on Wednesday, September 22nd at the Jerry Orbach Theatre (210 West 50th Street) in Times Square on the corner of Broadway and 50th Street.

Houses on the Moon Theater Company/HOTM, the acclaimed New York based not-for-profit theatre company with a mission to “dispel ignorance and isolation through the theatrical amplification of unheard voices,” held their 7th Annual Gala Fundraiser, “Amplify 2019,” on Monday evening, October 7, 2019 at The Cutting Room.

For her October shows the title should have been Jamie deRoy & her very talented Songwriter friends. Jamie, as she always does, interacts with her guest artists in a way that stimulates them to give performances that are unique and hugely entertaining. As William Finn (who appeared in a prior Jamie deRoy & Friends) remarked, 'Jamie's interview of me was the best I've ever had'. The show was directed by Jamie's extremely creative friend Barry Kleinbort who also displayed his wonderful performance abilities. Music Director was Shelly Markham.
