16 year old Julia Lipsztein, a young American and daughter of Brazilians, is the force behind the upcoming benefit concert 'Songs for the World', coming up on January 28, 2020, at NYC's famous Broadway nightclub, Feinstein's 54 Below in support of the BrazilFoundation.

Little by Little, a nonprofit organization comprised of young performers from Broadway, TV and Dance teamed up with Miss Southeast Georgia Alyssa Beasley who hosted De Novo on March 24th at the New York Creative Cultural Center, 7:30 p.m., in a benefit concert for Kevin TOKYO Inouye, a well-known dance choreographer who lost his home in a fire earlier this year. The Smith household has something to be proud of. David and Inge's daughter, 11 year old Emily Smith, won the 2013 'Vocalist Junior' contest at The Media Theatre. She zoomed ahead of the competition with smart song choices and an intriguing-sometimes humorous-stage presence with songs such as 'Diva's Lament' from Broadway's Spamalot and 'Four Chord Song' which is a hilarious ditty about the fact that all popular pop tunes share the same basic structure and composition.

These are just a few of the comments given to the young performers ages 7-13 in The Media Theatre's "Vocalist Junior" contest during rehearsals prior to singing in front of the live audience on Sunday nights.
