VENUS is a new richly diverse evening of work from IMPERMANENCE, the contemporary dance company run by choreographers, directors and performers Roseanna Anderson and Joshua Ben-Tovim. VENUS is four politically-charged works, three live and one film, all set to new compositions.

After ten years, IMPERMANENCE, directed by Roseanna Anderson and Joshua Ben-Tovim, is set to take a major step change in delivery as they open a new home for dance in Bristol. Anderson and Ben-Tovim have just signed a lease for an iconic building in the centre of the city - The Mount Without, a Grade ll listed church which has undergone a £1 million renovation.

 The Neo-Futurists announce the first live full-length show since the COVID shutdown. Created by Ensemble Members Ida Cuttler and Nick Hart, WILDCATS is a multimedia drag spectacle exploring themes of loneliness and isolation via the true story of Lucille Ball's disastrous Broadway debut in 1960. Directed by Halena Kays, WILDCATS is jam packed with live stage spectacle, personal narrative, audience interaction and bizarre-o filmed I Love Lucy episode recreations.

The Old Vic has announced the casting for Matthew Warchus’ big-hearted, smash hit production of Charles Dickens’ immortal classic A Christmas Carol, joyously adapted for the stage by Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child). The Old Vic’s A Christmas Carol returns with a live audience on 24 November, with previews from 13 November.

Neo-Futurist Ida Cuttler teams up with veteran Chicago director and Neo-Futurist Artistic Associate Halena Kays to present the company's next world premiere: An evening's amusement for yourself and friends, consisting of one thousand and one locutions by a young virtuous maiden whose penchant for potboilers and mastery of chicaneries shall teach us all a lesson in the never-ending wiles of women and the astonishing virtue of the gregarious!!!!!! Cuttler's premiere Prime Time show was part of the Neo-Lab developmental program during the 18/19 season and will see the full production open at The Neo-Futurist Theater on October 7th, 2019.

The Neo-Futurist Theater is proud to host more than 50 Chicago-based activists, artists and leaders to take part of its 24-hour staged reading of the Mueller Report. The report, which is nearly 450 pages, was originally delivered by Special Counsel Robert Mueller on April 18, 2019 and covers subjects ranging from questions about Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election to whether President Donald Trump.
