J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company is opening the third production of its 2022 season, Stephen Schwartz (music and lyrics) and Joseph Stein’s (book) celebrated musical The Baker’s Wife, based on the film La Femme de Boulanger by Marcel Pagnol and Jean Giono tonight, Thursday, March 10  at Theater Row (410 West 42nd Street).Â

The 2022 season, running February 10 - March 20, 2022 at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th and Dyer Avenues), will include A Class Act, A Day in Hollywood / A Night in the Ukraine, and The Baker’s Wife.Â

State Theatre New Jersey presents The Man Who Planted Trees on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at 12:30pm and 3pm. The 3pm show is an Autism Friendly Relaxed Performance. State Theatre New Jersey's Autism-Friendly Relaxed Performances allow families with children on the autism spectrum or with other sensory sensitivities to enjoy high quality live entertainment in a safe, welcoming, sensory-friendly environment. All three performances will take place in the State Theatre's Studio space. Tickets are $15.

Puppet State Theatre of Scotland returns to The Alden in McLean for the first time since 2011 for a single performance of its award-winning show, "The Man Who Planted Trees." The show will be presented at 2 p.m. on Today, Oct. 15. Tickets are $15, $10 for McLean tax district residents. The theatre is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue, inside the McLean Community Center.
