Kieran Hodgson: Big in Scotland begins with a Scottish-themed bang as Hodgson takes to the stage, expressing his love for Scotland with jokes and references that only those from Scotland would understand. Hodgson is wearing a tartan blazer and proclaims that he himself is Scottish, but this quickly changes as his true identity is revealed.
My salad days were spent growing up as a teen in the Blair era. My life has been shaped by Cool Britannia, The War on Terror and Sexed Up Documents. It's in my blood and created the outline of my now fully-formed Millennial Angst. Therefore, of course I wanted to review a show, examining and laughing at the very first Pop Prime Minister. I'm just not sure I enjoyed it.

The Edinburgh International Book Festival today announces its 2023 programme which celebrates The Joy of Words and its 40 years as the world’s leading celebration of the written word.
New dates have been added to the UK Tour at Derby Theatre (12-16 September), Bromley Churchill Theatre (21-23 September), Eastbourne Devonshire Park Theatre (26-30 September) and Liverpool Playhouse (10-14 October, the same week the Labour Party Conference is in Liverpool).
The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents LeAnn Rimes the story...so far tour on Saturday, May 20 at 8pm. Opening for LeAnn Rimes is special guest, Williams Honor. Tickets range from $39-$69.

New dates have been added to the UK Tour of Harry Hill and Steve Brown’s hilarious musical, TONY! [The Tony Blair Rock Opera], including four weeks at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, following a limited season in London’s West End at the Leicester Square Theatre from 15 April to 21 May.
Following a successful Political Party West End residency extension, Matt Forde is extending again through July 2023. The news coincides with Sir Keir Starmer (sold-out), Emily Maitlis & Jon Sopel (sold-out), Eddie Izzard, Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Ian Blackford announced for the upcoming guest line-up .
