Last night, October 2nd 2023, MAESTRO had its New York Premiere. In attendance were producers Kristie Macosko Krieger, Fred Berner and Amy Durning, and co-writer Josh Singer. Maestro, the Leonard Bernstein biopic starring Bradley Cooper, will premiere at the Venice Film Festival. Directed by Cooper, the film also stars Carey Mulligan, Matt Bomer, and Maya Hawke. The film is produced by Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Kristie Macosko Krieger, Bradley Cooper, Fred Berner, and Amy Durning.

Netflix has acquired all rights to Bradley Cooper's untitled Leonard Bernstein film, according to Deadline.  Cooper will direct, star in and produce the film from the script he co-wrote with Josh Singer. Cooper has been working closely with Bernstein's children, Jamie, Alexander and Nina, for the past two years on the film.

Today Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein announced the cast for the New York premiere of  Surely Goodness and Mercy, a truly Keen story about an exceptional boy living a troubled life in Newark, NJ who does a good deed for an often unnoticed person.   Sarita Covington, Jay Mazyck, Brenda Pressley, Courtney Thomas, and Cezar Williams will star under Jessi D. Hill's direction. The design team includes Lee Savage (scenic), Nicole Wee (costumes), Devorah Kengmana (lighting), and Sadah Espii Proctor (sound).
FBI Spinoff Gets Backdoor Pilot, Series Commitment At CBS

CBS has ordered a spinoff for its freshman drama series FBI, from Dick Wolf. CBS has commissioned a backdoor pilot for FBI: Most Wanted, which will air as an episode of FBI in the spring, according to Deadline. The project currently has a series commitment.
